Our policy of cancellation
We need to have more than 48 hours notice of cancellation. If it is less than 48hours notice it is a 50% of charge. The charge will be based on specifically what you have booked.If it is less than 24 hours, it is a 100% charge. This is based on specifically what you have booked in.
If you change your booking from a big service to a minimal this is also classed as a last-minute cancellation so, please be mindful of your booking.We understand fully that complications in life can get in the way and make things impossible so please talk to us.
