I am Heidi, the owner of Phoenix Hair and Beauty. I started my hairdressing career at age 13 eager to build up experience and clientele. I then went on to do further training at the Manchester Wella studios and trained alongside Patrick Cameron and the Vidal Sassoon team. I truly believe that training should never be over, and I am keen to learn more even though I’ve been working for 3 decades in the hairdressing industry. My mission in this hair and beauty industry is to make people feel supported and connected, delivering care and nurturing to as many people in the community as I can. I have made the salon a safety hub in the centre of Alsager where clients can feel comforted and cared for while being made to feel beautiful inside and out. I want to use my creative styling and nurturing approach to instil confidence in all that sit in my chair. My passion is my beautiful family outside of the salon and making lots of special memories with loved ones. I also have a huge passion for cooking and hosting making everyone feel special in the process. I live every day thankful.

I’m Caron Bennion I’ve been in the industry for nearly 30 years. I have an NVQ level 2 qualification in beauty therapy and I’m also trained in acrylic nails and dermaplaning. The best part of my job is spending time with my clients and making them feel beautiful. I love to travel and spend time with my family .

Verity has been hairdressing for 25+ years, starting her career in North Wales, she quickly established herself as one of the leading hairdressers in Wales, whilst working for Moncrieffe Hair & Makeup she won stylist of the year at the prestigious Welsh Hair & Beauty Awards and became a lead bridal stylist at the world-renowned Portmeirian village.  Since moving to Cheshire Verity has been working in a team at Phoenix Hair & Beauty in Alsager. She is an incredibly passionate hairdresser who always goes to work with a smile on her face.  She is the mother to two beautiful boys and loves to spend her free time away from the salon at home with her husband and children.

Fiona started hairdressing in 2019 and has worked at Phoenix Hair & Beauty since that time. After starting her work life in an office, Fiona found her passion for hairdressing and has loved it ever since. Committed from the beginning, working and attending college simultaneously to gain her Hairdressing qualification. She loves to keep her eye on the ball and keep up with new techniques and trends within the Hair world, attending the Wella studios both in person and online to keep up to date. Fiona loves all aspects of hairdressing from Colour, Foils, and Extensions to Perming, Cuts & Blowdries. Fiona deeply cares for every person who sits in her chair and loves to make people look and feel amazing.

She is a very fun-loving person; Olivia has always loved art since she was a child which has led her to the job she is in today as Olivia can be as artistic as she likes. Olivia is very enthusiastic about her work

Olivia is a mummy to her little girl Ariella and is a very family-orientated person, she loves her family

Lilly lives in Shavington with her partner. She started beauty therapy 8 years ago, after working on her family farm full time till she was 18, Lilly then found her passion for beauty and has been passionate and loved it ever since. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is dedicated to finding treatments to suit everyone individually.  In her spare time Lilly likes to spend time with her family and friends. She helps out on her family farm and home, also enjoys riding her horses and taking her two dogs out on long walks.

Extended private qualification and masterclasses also attended annually to keep up to date and knowledge with new products.
